You can access the hotel booking platform and make a reservation for the dates of the course by clicking on the "Accommodation" tab.
The venue for the Training course is 4* Marriott Hotel Cité internationale.
You can also book at 4* Crowne Plaza Cité Internationale, located 3 min. walking distance from the Marriott.

If you are unable to attend, substitutions will be accepted, including on site at the prevailing rate. Non-members substituting for a member, must pay the difference of the non-member fee. If you are pre-registering as a substitute attendee, indicate this on the registration form.

Cancellations must be made in writing. If cancellations are received by 60 days prior to event start date, a full refund, minus a €200 handling fee, will be issued. After that time, no refunds will be granted.
Refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to ispe-2018-training-course@inviteo.fr.
ISPE reserves the right to modify the material or presenters for this event without notice, or cancel an event. If an event must be canceled, registrants will be notified by ISPE. ISPE will not be responsible for airfare penalties or other costs incurred due to cancellation.

ISPE reserves to right to record the sessions and take photographs throughout the conference session for future marketing of ISPE events. By registering for this event, I release ISPE from all claims arising out of the use of the recording/photographs, including without limitation all claims for compensation, liable, invasion of privacy or violation of copyright ownership. Unless approved in writing, tape recordings are prohibited at all ISPE events.

The information entered into this registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the International Society for Pharmaceutical Engineering (ISPE) in order to manage the logistic organisation of the 2018 Europe Biotechnology In-depth Training Course.
